BOOKING & CANCELLATION POLICY
**Bookings** - Advanced reservations are required. All reservation must be made online or by telephone. No in person reservations accepted. All online reservations must be paid in full at time of booking with a Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express. All telephone bookings require a $100 deposit at the time of booking. At the time of your booking we reserve a vessel, date, and time for your charter and instantly begin turning away other potential guests for that time and date.
**Timing** - We recommend all guests arrive approximately 15 minutes before the scheduled departure time established in your reminder email. It is your responsibility to arrive at the dock on time and guests who arrive late can have their charters shortened or cancelled altogether with no refund given. Please plan in advance for traffic, weather, and other challenges that could delay your timely arrival.
**Cancellations** - If you must cancel your reservation and we are notified at least 14 days prior to your scheduled departure time, we will refund your payment, less 5% of all monies paid. If you cancel your reservation less than 14 days from your scheduled departure but more than 72 hours before your scheduled departure you will receive a refund less 10% of all monies paid. if you cancel for any reason inside of 72 hours prior to your scheduled departure time the credit card on file will be charged for the full amount of the charter and no refund will be given. All sales inside 72 hours are final and non-refundable / non-transferable. Fins and Family Fishing LLC cannot be held responsible for and will not issue refunds for personal inconveniences, health related issues including Covid 19, family emergencies, injuries, winter road conditions, flight delays / cancellations, public transportation delays, or traffic jams/accidents. When you make your reservation we reserve a specific vessel and date and time per your request and we instantly begin turning away all other potential guests for that vessel, date, and time. Customers will receive a full refund or credit in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. Contact us by phone to cancel or inquire about a cancellation. **No-shows or Cancellations within 72 hours will be charged the entire price.**
